This unique floor length cape is sure to turn heads with its trippy eye detailing throughout the piece. The cape features a large velvet eye on the upper back as well as velvet "TRIPPY HIPPY" lettering around the bottom of the cape. Edges are finished with Velvet trim to pull the piece together.
