Shipping policy
We endeavour to process your order within 24-72 hours and will alert you via email when your purchase has be shipped and is traceable.
To anticipate your order's delivery please track your parcel via Canada Post website with the tracking link we will email to you once your order has been processed and shipped.
If your order has taken any longer than the stated delivery times please check the tracking details of the parcel and feel free to email us at clothing.trippyhippy@gmail.com stating your order number and we will help where we can. If you email us within this period, it may take up to 72 hours or more to respond. Most of the time you will find the package will turn up, and once it has been shipped and we receive a tracking number - the responsibility is out of our hands, any further disputes must be taken up with Canada Post. Patience is a virtue and shipping is not instant. We ship three times weekly.
